The Santorini Plan
Stop researching. Start packing. A complete 5 day Santorini itinerary on your phone. Every restaurant, map, and sunset spot, figured out for you.
Instant download. Use it on your phone like an app.
Most Santorini planning advice looks great online, then completely falls apart once you’re actually there.
You end up staying in the wrong area.
Cramming too much into one day.
Zigzagging across the island because things that look close on a map are not close at all.
And the research never ends. You’re bouncing between 27 tabs, three blogs, a TikTok you half remember, and a Pinterest board that’s starting to stress you out more than help.
This plan replaces all of that.
Your days are figured out.
Your restaurants are picked.
Your maps are clickable.
And you can stop Googling and start actually looking forward to this trip.

Hi, I’m Rachel
My family and I have spent weeks exploring Santorini, and I built this itinerary from every sunset we chased, every taverna we stumbled into, and every mistake we made so you don’t have to.
Friends kept asking me to “just plan it for them,” so I finally did.
Here’s what your Santorini plan actually looks like:
Your day, planned and tappable

Every restaurant, personally picked

Your trip, your pace
This isn’t a rigid schedule you have to follow to the letter. Every day in this plan has built in options so the itinerary fits YOUR travel style, not the other way around.
Traveling with kids? Every day has a Family Swap, like heading to Kamari Beach for a swim and ice cream instead of a guided ruin tour.
Want more adventure? There’s an Adventure Swap too, like kayaking the caldera cliffs or renting an ATV to explore the south coast.
Prefer a slower pace? Each day has a “Prefer Slower?” option, because sometimes the best plan is coffee on your terrace with a caldera view.
Only have 3 days? Every day stands on its own. Pick the 3 that excite you most and skip the rest. Your plan still works perfectly.
This Itinerary is for you if:
✔️ You want a clear plan without feeling rushed
✔️ You want days that make sense geographically
✔️ You’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends
✔️You want guidance from someone who has actually done this
This is not for you if:
❌You want a rigid hour by hour schedule (this gives you structure with breathing room)
❌You genuinely enjoy doing all the research yourself
No more guessing. Just open your plan and go.

What this Santorini itinerary replaces:
Planning Santorini usually looks simple online, then quickly turns into second guessing, wasted time, and decisions you only realize were wrong once you’re there.
Planning Santorini usually means
• Guessing which advice is outdated or unrealistic
• Booking things that look close together but are not
• Overplanning days that feel exhausting in real life
• Spending hours researching and still feeling unsure
Conservatively, this itinerary replaces at least $150 in planning value and helps you avoid the most common Santorini mistakes people only realize once they’re there.
If you planned this yourself, you would likely need
• A hotel planning consult or travel agent advice, $75 to $150
• 10 to 20 hours of research and second guessing
• A few on the ground mistakes you only realize once you are there$150+
$27 one time
Less than the cost of one dinner in Santorini

How This Is Different
“Can’t I just ask ChatGPT to plan my trip?”
You can! But ChatGPT will tell you to visit Oia for sunset and leave it at that.
This itinerary tells you to arrive at KooKoo Bar an hour before sunset for the best tables, or skip the Oia crowds entirely and watch from Skaros Rock instead, where it’s just as beautiful with a fraction of the people.
ChatGPT doesn’t know that Venetsanos Winery has the same caldera sunset as Santo Wines with fewer crowds.
It doesn’t know that the “shortcut” on the map is actually 200 stone steps in the summer sun.
And it definitely hasn’t eaten at the tucked away taverna in Imerovigli where the portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the food tastes homemade.
This itinerary is built from actually being there, not from scraping the internet.
One of my itinerary clients said it best:
“Planning for Greece is a full-time job. This guide makes it a five-minute checkout instead.” -Aleah, USA
